Job Title: Marketing Manager – E-commerce

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager – E-commerce to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital advertising, customer acquisition, and brand growth. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and the ability to execute successful marketing campaigns that enhance the online shopping experience and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy & Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to enhance website performance and user experience.

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Implement email marketing, SMS, and automation strategies to improve retention and customer engagement.
Leverage influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and boost sales.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and website performance.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

Branding & Content Strategy:

Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, product descriptions, and visual content to align with the brand’s tone and voice.
Manage social media channels, ensuring engaging content that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing materials.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Develop strategies to acquire new customers while maximizing retention and repeat purchases.
Enhance customer loyalty through personalized marketing, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.

Partnerships & Collaborations:

Identify and collaborate with key industry partners, marketplaces, and platforms to expand reach and increase sales.
Negotiate and manage marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in e-commerce or a similar digital marketing role.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
