Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Saudi national to join the founding team as VP Sales / CRO, based in Riyadh. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the revenue function for a fast-growing RegTech company solving a national compliance challenge.

What You’ll Do:

Define and lead go-to-market strategy across KSA
Own revenue targets and close strategic deals
Build enterprise and government customer relationships
Recruit and lead local sales and customer success teams
Develop partnerships with systems integrators and consultants
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale the business

Skills

You Have:

10+ years in enterprise sales or revenue leadership
Experience in SaaS, AI, compliance, or gov-tech
Strong relationships with KSA enterprises and public sector
Familiarity with PDPL, GDPR, or other regulatory frameworks
Bilingual (Arabic/English) and culturally fluent
Passion for startups, scrappiness, and building from the ground up
