The Sales HoReCa Manager is a pivotal role within the FMCG sector, specifically designed to drive sales growth in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) segment. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting the HoReCa market.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG or HoReCa sectors.
Experience in Saudi Market or GCC countries
Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong networking skills and existing relationships within the HoReCa industry.
