Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the sales department focused on heavy equipment rental services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with construction companies, factories, and industrial clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with operations to ensure equipment availability aligns with project needs.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, specifically in heavy equipment rental.
Strong knowledge of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, loaders, and trailers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Preferred: Candidates currently based in Dammam or Eastern Province.
