Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the sales department focused on heavy equipment rental services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with construction companies, factories, and industrial clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure equipment availability aligns with project needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, specifically in heavy equipment rental.
- Strong knowledge of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, loaders, and trailers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Preferred: Candidates currently based in Dammam or Eastern Province.
