- Government Portal Management
- Handle all government portals, including but not limited to Muqeem, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Absher
- Ensure timely updates and compliance with government regulations.
- Iqama and Visa Management
- Manage the issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation of Iqama (residency permits)
- Coordinate the processing of work visas, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures
- Employee Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of employee Iqamas, visas, and other official documents
- Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties
- Labour Law Compliance
- Stay updated with Saudi labour laws and regulations to ensure full compliance
- Handle employee-related issues as per labour laws and company policies
- Administrative Support
- Assist employees with inquiries related to government processes and requirements
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies on behalf of the company and employees
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare regular reports on government portal activities, employee documentation status, and compliance metrics
- Maintain proper documentation for all processes and transactions
Skills
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5 to 7 Years of experience as an HR Officer/Executive/Specialist
- Proven experience in managing Saudi government portals and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws, Iqama, and visa procedures
- Proficiency in using government portals such as Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, and Qiwa
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
