Purpose
· To manage and lead Dhahran showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high showroom standards. And KPIs
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily sales activities in the showroom.
· Ensure monthly sales targets are met.
· Coach and support sales consultants to improve performance
· Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
· Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with logistics.
· Generate and analyze daily/weekly sales reports.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guideline
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
· Knowledge of automotive brands and products is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and English
