· Coordinating all aspects related to the Training Program with the Line Managers;
· Presenting Induction Program for all new employees & Passing the probation period.
· Identifying training channels & institutes as per departments development requirements.
· Maintain local content & Saudization requirement & update Qiwa courses.
· Maintain Tamheer & COOP Training & HRDF.
· Maintaining good rapport and providing support to the training needs of the Trainees;
· Guiding and supporting the training programmed;
· Assisting & Evaluating trainees regarding individual or personal Training.
· Monitors and evaluates performance of the trainees and provides guidance, if and when required;
· Follow up Issuance & authentication of training certificates.
· Review and investigate absenteeism of the trainees and make report;
· Conducts weekly meeting, or as and when required, with all concerned.
· Review & Maintain Performance Appraisal for new employees under the probation period.
Skills
Qualifications : College graduate in HR or Business administration or equivalent
Knowledge of : Good interpersonal skills
Experience : Minimum of 5 years work experience in Training & Human Resources.
