We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Sales & Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will help manage communications, coordinate schedules, follow up with clients, and support day-to-day operations across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft emails, proposals, and internal communications
- Support sales and marketing activities, including research and data entry
- Follow up with leads and clients when required
- Maintain organized records and assist with CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
