Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical office operations for landscape and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Manage the preparation of project schedules, progress monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and client requirements for all landscape and infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors to resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Review project design documents and ensure accuracy and feasibility before implementation.
- Manage submittals, approvals, and change orders in relation to technical design.
- Supervise and mentor junior technical staff and engineers to ensure proper training and development.
- Handle technical inquiries from clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure the effective use of resources, time, and manpower.
Skills
Experience: Minimum of 20 years in landscape and infrastructure projects, with at least 10 years in a managerial or senior technical role.
Visa: Transferable work visa.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications is a plus.
