We are currently hiring a Project Costing Manager for one of our clients in Jeddah, KSA.The role is:•Preparation of new IFM projects estimation with department head•Site visit of new projects for further submission of proposal as per the client requirements•Tender study and contract study as per the requirements of new projects•Preparation of commercial and technical offer file as per the tender requirement•Preparation of mobilization and project plan as per tender requirement•Coordination with specialized sub-contractor for receiving quotation while participating in tenders•Uploading new JR/BUSI project in oracle through project costing •Support to Procurement team on any issues in MR and PO process•Code and task correction in MR and PO workflow process through oracle
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science•At least 10 years of experience in Project Costing•Saudi experience is a must•FMP certificate from IFMA•ISO 9001-2015•ISO 18001•Certified HSE, EMS, and FM awareness interpretation•Oracle E-Business Suite Application
