•Manage the daily store operation of the store, including opening & closing procedures, & ensuring store brand image & guidelines. •Drive store sales by promoting mobile devices, accessories, and services to customers.•Monitor stock levels, place orders for new products, and ensure the store is always well-stocked.•Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance the store’s sales performance.•Maintain high levels of customer service by providing solutions to customer issues and questions.•Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.•Recruit, train, and manage store staff, providing them with continuous development and performance evaluations.•Schedule shifts, monitor staff performance, and resolve any team conflicts.•Foster a positive work environment by maintaining morale and ensuring effective communication among staff members.•Handle cash management, including balancing cash registers, & reconciling daily sales.•Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.•Implement and track promotional campaigns in line with corporate marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
