Position Title: Site SupervisorEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportationBenefits: as per KSA labor law Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East.Job Description: - Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.) - Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc- Conduct quantity take off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities- Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations
Qualifications:- Open to Indian nationals- Male, 40 years old and below- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable- Willing to travel within region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.)- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage- Preferably with driver’s license
