We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FM Soft Services Head to lead our facility management soft services division in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of diverse soft services including cleaning, security, catering, and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and operational efficiency. - Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hotel and hospitality management or relevant qualification. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Strong understanding of soft services including cleaning, security, and catering.- Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management and financial forecasting.- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to facility management.- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
