leads planning and delivery of developing and execute the implementation of the Digital IT & Transformation strategy and initiatives with respect to digital services across Group Business Units (BUs) and Corporate functions to enable achieving business strategic objectives. Manages IT & Digital Services, Governance & Assurance and Program Management Office (PMO).
Skills
- Develop a solid Digital Transformation plan including initiatives, programs, and services with focus on business transformation and improvement.
- Articulate Strategy & establish initiatives for Digital Transformation across RAR’s Business Units (Bus)
- Constantly exploring and assessing new digital technologies and solutions for RAR’s benefits and consideration.
- Manage development and regular updates of Policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Facilitate establishment of effective IT Assurance Framework (Compliance, maturity assessments, security .etc..)
- Ensure effective execution through delivery governance & controls.
- Manage projects Governance, Controls & Reporting
- Manage operational Activities Tracking (DSs, ICT & IS) and Operational KPIs reporting.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and IoT, to drive innovation and streamline processes across the existing digital landscape.
- Develop , Monitor and report on the value creation of the digital transformation roadmap, of the related new solution and measure the effectiveness and impact of digital solutions/services, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, markets and competitors to inform the digital strategy.
- Track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change management efforts, including driving cultural transformation and overcoming resistance to change.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across multiple business functions to align digital strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, roadmap development and setting KPI’s.
- Identify staffing requirements of the function depending on workload.
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Efficient in handling network-based aspects like administration, communication, and installation.
- Professional education in IT and related fields with an emphasis on system management and control.
- Fluent collaborator with a knack for coordinating with different team members.
- Commendable grasp of fluent communication and time management for organizing projects using a streamlined approach.
