About the Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding for a fast-growing food manufacturing company in Jeddah. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and industry networking.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop onboarding programs that enhance engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws during onboarding.
Stakeholder & Process Management:
- Maintain high-level follow-ups with department heads to track hiring progress.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Continuously improve hiring processes to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize hiring needs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
