Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the world's largest global food companies in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced and passionate Maintenance and Utilities Supervisor to oversee the electrical and mechanical maintenance operations across the factory. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, managing third-party contractors, and ensuring compliance with HSE and FSQ standards.Responsibilities:- Supervise and follow maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution of mechanical and electrical works in the factory.- Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive maintenance actions.- Coordinate the execution of maintenance and utilities plans, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.- Lead and perform departmental projects related to maintenance and utilities.- Evaluate, supervise, and approve all maintenance work and projects executed by external contractors—ensuring compliance with quality, timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations.- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation of all maintenance work carried out in the factory.- Manage the maintenance and utilities budget effectively, ensuring cost control and alignment with operational goals.- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and enforce the Food Safety Golden Rules and FSQ policies across maintenance operations.- Monitor and maintain compliance with electrical, safety, and ammonia/environmental legislation.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using PDCA, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis tools.Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent- MBA in Business Management or Strategy is an advantage.- 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in FMCG or similar manufacturing environments- Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance- Familiarity with PDCA, Kaizen, and RCA tools- Knowledge of food safety standards and food technology- Understanding of electrical safety and ammonia-related environmental legislation- Strong leadership, planning, and contractor management skillsBenefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits.
