The Content Marketing Manager will drive Omniful’s content strategy to engage, educate, and convert our target audience across various channels. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for developing high-quality content that builds brand authority, supports SEO and demand generation goals, and nurtures leads throughout the buyer’s journey. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled writer, and highly collaborative, with experience in B2B SaaS or tech content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Strategy and Development:
○ Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with Omniful’s growth objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership.
○ Create and manage a content calendar covering blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, email campaigns, and more to engage various audience segments.
○ Collaborate with SEO and Growth teams to optimize content for search and distribution, ensuring all content is discoverable, relevant, and impactful.
● Audience Engagement and Funnel Optimization:
○ Craft content for every stage of the funnel, from awareness to decision, ensuring that messaging aligns with the needs and pain points of our target audience.
○ Develop personas and audience profiles to better understand our target market, tailoring content themes and formats to resonate with specific segments.
○ Analyze content performance metrics to identify and refine top-performing topics, formats, and distribution channels, optimizing for conversion and engagement.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to gather insights, align messaging, and create materials that support sales enablement and customer education.
○ Partner with Demand Generation to integrate content into multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
○ Collaborate with external writers, designers, and agencies as needed to enhance content production quality and expand capacity.
● Brand Voice and Thought Leadership:
○ Develop and maintain Omniful’s brand voice across all content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism.
○ Position Omniful as a thought leader in operational and supply chain management by creating insightful, research-backed content that addresses industry trends and challenges.
○ Identify opportunities for guest contributions, interviews, and collaborations with industry experts to further establish Omniful’s authority in the market.
Skills
Qualifications:
● Experience: 5+ years in content marketing or a similar role, focusing on B2B SaaS, or enterprise content, technology, or supply chain management.
● Content Development Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of content that demonstrates expertise in creating various content formats.
● SEO and Analytics: Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to drive content visibility and performance.
● Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and collaborators simultaneously.
