Summarizes HR data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns to inform senior leaders and influence decision-making.
Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
Identifies achievable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks for key performance metrics through rigorous data analysis and presents proposals to executive leadership.
