About Position:Assistant Manager/ Manager – Advisory Services, Saudi ArabiaThe incumbent must be bilingual, with mandatory proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and EnglishKey Responsibilities:• Executing advisory projects across Governance, Risk and Compliance. o Undertaking thorough analysis and assessment of clients' existing processes and suggesting areas for improvement and optimization oFormulating or updating policies and procedure manuals after critically analyzing processes, assessing risks, and evaluating controls while adhering to industry best practices o Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and identifying gaps/ areas of improvement in existing risk management processes, offering solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness o Developing corporate governance framework and related regulatory documents for Board and Management• Understanding client requirements, collaboratively developing detailed project plan, managing/ executing projects along with the team, ensuring timely delivery as per agreed project timelines and client satisfaction.Other Key Responsibilities-Assistant Manager:• Preparing deliverables relating to various services being delivered to the clients including preparation of report, process documents, presentations, etc.• Periodic follow-ups and required communication to meet deadlines and deliverables.• Building client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business and referrals. • Acting as the on-ground point of contact for the assigned projects and clients.• Providing support as may be required during business development/ execution of various projects across practices.• Developing/updating periodic reports and regularly update databases as may be required.• Any other support that may be required from time to time.Other Key Responsibilities- Manager:• Working closely with the Business Head and Practice Leads in India to provide proactive and effective support in the execution of projects and client relationship development.• Managing client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business and referrals. • Acting as the main point of contact for the assigned projects and clients.• Periodic follow-ups and required communication to meet deadlines and deliverables.• Providing on-ground support as may be required during business development/ execution of various projects across practices.• Providing periodic reports and regular update databases as may be required.• Any other support that may be required from time to time.Desired Attributes:Assistant Manager-•Prior experience of working with banking and financial services entities shall be an added advantage •Exposure to wider consulting areas such as management consulting, HR consulting, etc. •Comfortable to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.•Good in managing client and other stakeholder relationships.•Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.•Excellent oral and written communication skills.•Open to travel within the MENA Region for client meetings and project execution.Manager:•Prior experience of working with banking and financial services entities, especially in areas of risk management (including understanding of BASEL guidelines, credit risk, market risk etc.).•Exposure to wider consulting areas such as management consulting, HR consulting, etc. •Experience in business development/ pre-sales support. •Good in managing client and other stakeholder relationships.•Comfortable to work in a high-pressure environment and engage in multiple projects simultaneously.•Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.•Excellent oral and written communication skills.•Open to travel within the MENA Region for client meetings and project execution.Qualification:•MBA/ CA/ FRM/ CPA/ CMA/ Post-graduate from reputed institute. Experience requirements:•Assistant Manager: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience with a suitable mix of process consulting, management consulting and industry experience.•Manager: 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience with a suitable mix of process consulting, management consulting and industry experience.
