Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and providing in-depth knowledge of our precious stones and diamond collections. You will engage with high-net-worth clients and help them make informed purchasing decisions, ensuring a premium shopping experience in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer tailored product advice, focusing on precious stones, diamonds, and fine jewelry.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exclusive experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle transactions, process sales, and assist with product selection.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring all jewelry is displayed attractively.
- Assist with stock management and inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Passion for luxury goods, precious stones, and diamonds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- A positive and professional attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
