-Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in community management, event planning, or a similar role.-Experience in residential communities, private members' clubs, or hospitality environments preferred.-Proven track record of delivering high-impact community initiatives and events.-Strong budget management and financial reporting skills.-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.-Proficiency with event management software and CRM systems is a plus.-One who is ready to relocate on a single status to the NEOM site
