Project Coordinator (Interface Engineer)

Identify and manage all interface points between contractors, consultants, NWC internal teams, and third parties (e.g., Royal Commission, MOMRA, MOT, SEC, STC, RICP - GREEN RIYADH etc.).
Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure all interface requirements are integrated and resolved in time.
Maintain an Interface Management Register (IMR) and track the progress of each interface issue.
Lead and document regular interface meetings to resolve conflicts and align work scopes.
Ensure NWC design guidelines and standards are followed across interfaces.
Support the project team in obtaining permits and NOCs from authorities and utility providers.
Coordinate with NWC for excluded regions and submit the requests and justifications for including these regions.
Monitor interface-related risks and propose mitigation plans.
Prepare regular reports on interface status and escalate unresolved issues.
Coordinate schedule integration and ensure all interfacing activities align with the overall project schedule.
Coordinate and follow up on interface issues to ensure timely resolution (e.g., in points - project stakeholders requests – violations – emergency events – etc.).
Facilitate interface meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Municipality, SCECO, NWC, STC, RICP, GREEN RIYADH, etc.).
Ensure technical consistency across interface boundaries in design and construction.
Support the Project Manager and planners in preparing interface reports and progress updates.
Manage communication flow between disciplines and ensure alignment across the project and schedule commitments.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
3+ years of experience in engineering or project coordination, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of interface management tools and methods.
High communication skills and fluent in English.
