Job Purpose:
To provide general administrative support, including handling company documentation and coordinating with external agencies for permits, licenses, and work visa processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle applications and renewals for business licenses, permits, and employee work visas.
- Liaise with government offices and other external parties.
- Maintain accurate records of documents and correspondence.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
Requirements:
- Saudi national (mandatory).
- Willing to work in Riyadh.
- High school diploma minimum; diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in government relations or dealing with government offices is required.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and local government processes.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
