A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a service admin coordinator for their Riyadh office.
Please note that due to Saudization, only Saudi nationals can be considered for this role.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of service activities.
- Acts as a liaison between the service department and other departments.
- Assist and support customers by providing updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues that may arise during delivery to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor inventory of service-related materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and relevant documentation.
- Prepare and provide reports for the management.
To Be Successful You Will Need

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 - 2 years of customer relationship management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
