We are currently looking for a Senior Project Camp Manager for our client, an established Facility Management service provider in Saudi Arabia. The role will be assigned in one of their camp projects based in Neom and manage all Hard and Soft services, developing a strong relationship among all stakeholders and ensuring all KPI's and SLA's are met.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree- Project management exposure in an FM/maintenance environment, previous experience in managing VVIP to Blue Collar accommodations will be advantageous- Familiarity with services including Catering, Housekeeping, Cleaning and Maintenance- Experience in Compliance, Health and Safety and Reporting- Communicates effectively and has strong written/verbal communication skills- Comfortable with remote location operations and living / lifestyle
