* In-depth knowledge of strategic Financial Management * Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles and Practices * Knowledge of zakat & Taxation * Planning and Time Management * Effective Communication and Human Relations skills. Hands on in Executive reporting and presentations * Critical Thinking and Analysis * Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or other closely related field. * Chartered Accountant, ICAEW, Certified Internal Audit (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required * Total experience of 12-15 years including 5 years (must) relevant strategic financial management experience in Real estate sector.
