You will work cross-functionally to establish KPIs, monitor key initiatives, produce performance dashboards, and deliver insights that drive operational and strategic execution.Key Responsibilities * Performance Frameworks: Develop and manage performance frameworks using methodologies such as the Balanced Scorecard, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * KPI Development & Tracking: Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs across departments, ensuring clarity and accountability in performance metrics. * Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed dashboards and reports highlighting progress against targets. We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with a passion for performance optimization. You should be experienced in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. * Minimum of 4 years' experience in performance management, reporting, or business analytics * Strong knowledge of performance management tools and frameworks (Balanced Scorecard preferred) * Proficiency in data visualization and performance software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master's or certifications in performance management are a plus * Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable
