A degree in a relevant subject ie Business Administration, Accounting, FM etcA proven track record of working within procurement, accounting & commercial The role requires an individual who is analytical, with an eye for detail, strong commercial acumen, a sound appreciation of FM processes, and an understanding of local contract/property law. The successful candidate should be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with contractors, vendors and the customer.
