Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business / engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar post.
- Excellent in both Arabic and English commands
- Male / Saudi nationality only
- Deep understanding of Real Estate market in KSA
- Solid experience in dealing with related governmental authorities
- Strong knowledge of related KSA’s governmental online platform, regulation and process
- Strong customer services skills
- Strong management, organizational, reporting skills
- Strong local network and business relationships
- Good understanding of facility management function
- Negotiation skills & representative character.
