Position: Flight Safety Manager (P121)Department: Safety ManagementFull-time position based in the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaWe're looking for a dedicated Flight Safety Manager to oversee and enhance safety performance across P121 operations. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing the Safety Management System (SMS), managing risk, conducting safety audits, and leading investigations. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and promote a proactive safety culture.Key duties include managing safety reports, risk assessments, and corrective actions, as well as ensuring continuous safety promotion throughout the organization. You'll report to the Director of Safety, contribute to safety case development, and provide regular updates on SMS performance.
Experience & Skills* 7 years of experience in the aviation field, with 3 years in a management role* 3 years of proven experience in aviation safety in similar operations* Previous experience in helicopter SAR/EMS (preferred)* Strong background in team leadership and aviation risk management* Familiar with GACARs and international (FAA/EASA) aviation regulations* Experience with SMS operations and risk control strategies* Proficiency in project management and report writing* Advanced skills in MS Office and aviation IT systems* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills* Highly organized, team-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement For more information please apply with your CV and we will be in touch to discuss this further.
