•Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, designers, and site staff to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.•Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.•Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.•Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.•Prepare and present project updates, reports, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.•Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines and budgets.•Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all projects.•Drive innovation and best practices in project management and interior design processes to enhance efficiency and improve client satisfaction.•Participate in the bidding process for new projects, providing insights and expertise to secure opportunities that align with the company's vision.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.•Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the interior design and build construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.•Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, with a portfolio showcasing successful project delivery.•Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.•In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as design principles and construction processes.•Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.•Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
