We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our U.S. based operations. This on-site position will partner directly with our employees in
Maryland, providing both strategic and hands-on support in the areas of employee relations, talent development, benefits administration, and overall compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Handle employment-related inquiries, from general questions to complex or sensitive matters.
- Conduct and support employee investigations and disciplinary meetings.
- Provide daily performance management support to supervisors and managers.
- Facilitate bi-weekly HR check-ins with business unit managers.
- Analyze HR trends and collaborate on strategic improvements and policies.
- Partner with leadership to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
- Support training initiatives and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
- Manage employee records, benefits and leave programs, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Conduct exit interviews and share insights with senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on employee relations.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to resolve complex workplace issues and build trust at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management capabilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems.
