Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and oversee the core operational functions of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance, managing HR systems, and enhancing the employee lifecycle experience. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor legislation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and payroll coordination.
- Manage and continuously improve HR processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and dashboards to track HR performance and provide actionable insights.
- Lead and support HR projects including policy development, audits, system implementations, and process automation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent application of HR policies and employee experience initiatives.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential employee data and records in accordance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR management role.
