Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews and hiring.
- Assisting with employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Administering employee benefits, compensation, and payroll.
- Supporting the development and execution of training programs.
- Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts or concerns.
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assisting in performance management processes and employee appraisals.
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
