A well-known company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operation Specialist to manage core HR functions, with a primary focus on payroll, attendance, labor law compliance, and social security. Prior experience using the Kayan HR System is highly preferred.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Process accurate and timely monthly payroll
✔️ Manage attendance records, leaves, and overtime tracking
✔️ Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor law and social security
✔️ Handle onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and exits
✔️ Maintain and update employee records and HR files
✔️ Coordinate medical insurance and employee benefits
✔️ Prepare official HR letters, reports, and statistics
✔️ Enter and update data in the Kayan HR system
✔️ Respond to employee inquiries and support daily HR operations
✔️ Assist with performance management and employee evaluation processes
✔️ Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR data
🎯 Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✔️ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations – mandatory
✔️ Experience using Kayan HR System – preferred
✔️ Excellent knowledge of labor law and social security procedures
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔️ Fluent in both English and Arabic
✔️ Able to join immediately
