PURPOSE
Implement talent organisation programs and HR initiatives. Manage on-line learning tools and hosting platforms for corporate learning programs. Manage assessments - process and tools. Manage communications and manage employee experience moments.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to mapping L&D needs at SGS, from different sources
- Identify learning solutions and actions commensurate with knowledge / know-how / behavioral / cultural challenges
- Contribute to the fine-tuning of the L&D roadmap for SGS Business Unit
- Together with People Business Partner team, liaise with business managers to roll-out and constantly improve the L&D roadmap
- Support the design of learning programs and assist with vendor evaluations
- Manage online learning tools and platforms, ensuring they meet user needs.
- Assist with L&D-related reporting to support corporate KPIs.
- Help coordinate internal and external assessments of L&D activities, including tracking activities and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with vendors to support service delivery.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the talent development function.
- Proven experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR platforms (e.g., Oracle Learn, Workday, SuccessFactors) is preferred.
- Strong background in vendor management and experience with internal and external communication tools.
- Familiarity with corporate learning programs, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to support multiple HR initiatives simultaneously
