Job Summary
The Head of Total Rewards and Mobility is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and talent management goals. This role oversees the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the head collaborates with business partners on the organizational development initiatives, focusing on reviewing organizational structures, and conducting workload analysis. This role also manages international assignments and mobility, ensuring seamless transitions for employees across different locations.
Executive & Technical Duties
- Strategy and Compensation Management: Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, overseeing the development, administration, and competitiveness of compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
- Job Evaluation and Harmonization: Conduct job evaluations and collaborate with P&C Business Partners to ensure job titles and families are harmonized and aligned with internal and external strategies.
- Benefits and Regulatory Compliance: Design employee benefits programs and ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local laws and regulations.
- Market Benchmarking and Budget Management: Conduct regular market benchmarks to ensure competitiveness of total rewards packages and manage the budget for total rewards programs.
- Performance Linkage and Communication: Align reward systems with performance management, ensuring transparency and understanding of total rewards policies and programs among employees.
- Collaboration, Committees, and Data Analysis: Work closely with P&C Business Partners to implement and communicate total rewards programs, act as secretary/coordinator for C&B committee and utilize data analytics to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
- OD Initiatives and Workload Analysis: Collaborate with Business Partners towards organizational development initiatives, reviewing organizational structures, units, departments, jobs, and conducting workload analysis to enhance efficiency and alignment with business goals. Acting as a central unit towards standardization of jobs, functions and deploying best practices.
- Global Mobility Policy and Management: Develop and implement a global mobility policy, managing all aspects of international assignments, including compliance, cost management, and support services for expatriates.
- Team Follow up: Conduct periodic meetings with team members regarding work priorities and ensuring work is progress smooth and inform team of company updates, departmental changes … etc.
- Workforce Planning: Handle work force planning process by the developed budgets and plans.
- People Management: Manage team’s personnel affairs (leaves, vacations…etc.), performance management, coaching and needed training.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; master’s degree is preferred
Certification in Job evaluation, HR and preferably (Certified Compensation Professional and / OR Global Remuneration Professional).
- Minimum (12) years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English languages (Arabic is preferred)
