Product Management & Development•Manage the lifecycle of cash collection products, including Bulk Deposit Machines (BDM), and Cash Pickup Services, virtual Accounts…etc•Analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.•Collaborate with technology teams to integrate digital and automation features into cash management solutions.•Ensure product compliance with regulatory and security standards.Sales & Business Development Engagement•Work closely with the sales team to promote cash collection solutions to corporate and SME clients.•Provide product training and support to relationship managers and sales teams.•Develop pricing strategies and value propositions to attract new customers.•Engage in client meetings to present solutions and address queries.Operations & Service Management•Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cash management products, ensuring smooth functionality.•Coordinate with service providers, CIT (Cash-in-Transit) companies, and vendors for cash collection and deposit services.•Monitor cash collection operations to optimize efficiency and reduce risks.•Implement service improvements to enhance customer experience.Risk & Compliance Management•Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and security standards.•Work with compliance teams to conduct risk assessments for cash handling operations.•Implement fraud prevention measures and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.Reporting & Performance Analysis•Track product performance through key metrics such as transaction volumes, customer adoption, and revenue.•Prepare reports on cash collection trends, service efficiency, and operational challenges.•Recommend improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
•Minimum 4-5 years’ experience required in banking Products•Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory)•Strong written and verbal communication skills Arabic/English•Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities•Exceptional time-management skills
