Job Purpose
To assist in departmental activities and enhance the quality of operational processes in alignment with the standards of a leading EV manufacturing company. The role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized work procedures and ensure consistent adherence.
• Identify and report deviations from quality standards and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Participate in emergency response activities during equipment failures or outages, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Perform scheduled operator maintenance tasks and routine equipment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety regulations and industry standards while maintaining clean and orderly workspaces.
• Conduct safety checks to ensure all components meet safety and quality standards.
• Continuously monitor and support process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Carry out troubleshooting and minor maintenance on stamping, pressing, and quality control machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, including repairs, part replacements, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate priorities and enhance system performance.
Skills
Job Requirements
Education: Technical High School or Diploma in Manufacturing Operations or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar manufacturing or operations role.
