We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical teams, and contribute to the overall wellness and recovery of our patients in a dynamic clinical environment.Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support patients' health and well-being according to established protocols.- Monitor patient conditions by taking vital signs, observing symptoms, and reporting changes to physicians.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals, ensuring safety and accuracy.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.- Ensure adherence to infection control standards and safety protocols within the healthcare facility.- Participate in continuous professional development and training to keep skills and knowledge current.
- Valid Registered Nurse license recognized in Saudi Arabia.- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution.- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.- Proficient in patient care techniques, medical terminology, and healthcare protocols.- Demonstrated commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical nursing practices.- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
