We are seeking a proactive and experienced Saudi national for the role of GRC Manager to lead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives within the manufacturing sector. Based in KAEC, Jeddah, this role is pivotal in ensuring robust risk management frameworks and compliance with regulatory standards, thereby safeguarding the organization's integrity and operational excellence.Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, risk management policies, and compliance programs tailored for manufacturing processes.- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed GRC principles into daily operations and strategic projects.- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to company policies and procedures.- Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance organizational awareness and compliance culture.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on GRC status and issues.- Manage incident investigations related to compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Saudi National male / female is a must for this role - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, ISO 31000) are highly desirable.- Minimum 5 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles within the manufacturing industry.- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory environment and international compliance standards.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risks and provide pragmatic solutions.- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and influence at all organizational levels.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.- Saudi national / or others shall be neglected
