The Director of Digital Marketing & Customer Technology leads the digital transformation of our marketing and customer engagement strategies. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, optimizing digital customer experiences, and leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance lead generation, sales & leasing, and brand positioning. This role is also responsible for evaluating and implementing new customer technologies to drive enhanced customer experiences and seamlessly integrated data and digital services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer profiling, marketing automation, digital advertising, and emerging MarTech and Real Estate technology solutions to drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field. • MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in digital marketing & technology, with at least 4-7 years in digital leadership roles within the Real Estate, MarTech or PropTech industries. • Deep experience with CMS, CDP, analytics platforms, dashboards and email marketing. • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content management, and social media marketing. • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven marketing strategies. • Proven experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, digital advertising, social media management, lead generation strategies, MarTech platforms or PropTech. • Experience with Real Estate property sales/leasing platforms, 3D modelling/visualisations, digital experience platforms and tenant portals. • Experience in developing systems architecture and tech stack diagrams/documentation, and working with IT and Digital teams through detailed systems integration and platform migration. • Experience with engaging a broad set of stakeholders to help define business requirements, running platform/vendor RFPs and developing detailed technology requirements documentation. • Experience with digital marketing and social media tools such as Adobe Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe DAM, and Adobe Target. • Experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Experience with developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, dashboards and reporting. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, budgets and maintaining high standards of performance and digital delivery. • Experience in customer journey mapping and digital customer experience optimization. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Flexibility and resilience to adapt and thrive within a constantly evolving and changing work environment.
