Our client is currently seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Director, Marketing Operations & Governance to drive operational excellence, governance standards, and performance management across our marketing functions. This role will oversee the development and implementation of operational frameworks, ensure compliance with business governance policies, and optimize marketing workflows to support the successful positioning of our diverse real estate development portfolio—including city, residential, retail, hospitality, office, social, and mixed-use assets.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.•8+ years of experience in operations, finance, governance, or program management roles, preferably within real estate development, hospitality, or large-scale projects.•Strong knowledge of marketing planning, performance measurement, procurement processes, and governance frameworks.•Experience working with procurement and project management platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing performance reporting tools (Adobe Cloud, Sprinklr).•Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.•Demonstrated ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and drive cross-functional alignment.•Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics and marketing lifecycle across development stages is highly preferred.•Strategic thinker with operational discipline.•Process-driven with strong attention to detail.•Proactive problem-solver and critical thinker.•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.•Collaborative leadership style with strong influencing skills.
