•Own and manage the roadmap for local (e.g., SARIE, Mada, SADAD) and international (e.g., SWIFT, Visa, Mastercard) payment products.•Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality payment solutions.•Prioritize and manage product backlogs based on business impact and regulatory requirements.•Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements related to payment systems and translate them into functional specifications.•Map and optimize payment processes, identifying areas for automation and performance improvement.•Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for changes to payment regulations or infrastructure.•Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Treasury, Risk, etc.) and external regulators (e.g., SAMA) to ensure compliance and alignment.•Coordinate with technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payment enhancements.•Ensure all payment solutions adhere to SAMA guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.•Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement corresponding updates to products and systems.•Market & Competitive Analysis:•Monitor industry trends, fintech developments, and competitor strategies in payments.•Recommend and implement innovative payment features and services to maintain competitive advantage.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.•10–12 years of hands-on experience in business analysis and product ownership within local and international payment domains in a KSA bank.•Strong knowledge of Saudi payment ecosystems (SAMA, Mada, SARIE, SADAD,Local payments ,international payments, Esal…) and global schemes (SWIFT, Visa, Mastercard).•Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.•Proven experience delivering complex payment products or system transformations.•Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
