About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for a Catering Coordinator to support our Catering Managers and Directors in the planning and execution of exceptional events. This role ensures the seamless coordination of all administrative and logistical aspects of catering operations, contributing directly to the success of our guest experiences.
What you will do
Provide administrative support to the Catering Managers and Directors.Coordinate event logistics including menus, guest inquiries, and special requests.Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and maintain accurate event records.Ensure effective communication with hotel departments for seamless event execution.Assist in planning and organizing catering functions, from corporate events to social gatherings.Support in managing meeting room bookings and availability.Maintain updated client information and manage follow-up actions.Utilize catering software (e.g., Golden Sales and Catering) to track event details.Coordinate with Food & Beverage teams to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.Assist with AV and tech coordination as needed.
What you bring
Minimum 1 year of experience in Catering or Conference Services.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Proven interpersonal skills and client service orientation.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work under pressure, including evenings and weekends.Basic understanding of AV, telecommunications, and internet technologies.Proficiency in Golden Sales and Catering Software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Creative flair in food and beverage proposals.
