Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full design process with a focus on structural engineering.
- Oversee coordination between structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Review and validate design drawings, technical reports, and shop drawings.
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages in line with project requirements.
- Engage with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Support the construction team with technical input during the execution phase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including work on mega projects.
- Extensive GCC experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of international and regional design codes and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
