We are currently seeking for a Hotel General Manager based in Neom, KSA to manage the entire operations of a luxury hotel on a 4-months contract-based project.The Hotel General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the hotel to ensure optimal guest satisfaction, profitability, and team performance. This role involves managing all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, finance, and maintenance. •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)•Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role•Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and budgeting•Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills•Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite•Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
