Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Entry-Level) to join our Human Resources team with a focus on Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of HR experience who are passionate about recruitment and eager to grow in the field of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in career fairs and university outreach programs.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
- Assist in other HR project / initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
