3. Outsourcing & Headhunting Support
Assist in managing outsourced employees, including documentation and compliance.
Research and engage high-caliber professionals for executive roles.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Analyze industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring progress.
5. Employer Branding & Outreach
Support recruitment marketing efforts via social media and networking events.
Strengthen client and candidate relationships to enhance company reputation.
Internship Details:
Duration: 6 months.
Compensation: Commission-based (performance-driven bonuses).
Career Growth: Candidates who achieve their targets by closing positions during the internship period will be offered a permanent contract.
